At CRÈME ENERGY, our aim is to be exemplary in health and safety management and performance. Our strategy for achieving this is to make clear plans each year about internal health and safety. These plans set out the key activities we want to do and the targets we have set ourselves.
As a matter of policy we are committed to ensuring the best practices in Health, Safety, Security and Quality in all aspects of business and at all levels.
This policy is applicable to all employees, contractors, visitors and customers. All incidents, near misses and potential hazards that might lead to injuries to personnel or damage to equipment and the environment must be reported immediately to the nearest HSSEQ Representative.
CRÈME ENERGY provides and maintains a safe, pollution free and healthy work environment by complying with all applicable statutory guidelines, regulations and laws. To this end, all employees, contractors and customers are adequately trained to ensure that they work safely in their respective functions and to protect the environment.
The Objectives of our HSE-Management System are:-
- To describe the business process controls that are in place and ensure that all major hazards, effects to Health, Safety and the Environment are systematically identified, assessed, controlled and recovery measures put in place.
- To describe the HSE Management system that is in place to reduce all other hazards and effects to a level that is as Low as Reasonably Practicable (ALARP) in compliance with Environmental Legislations.
- To define the performance Standards for managing Health, Safety and Environment, which are to be assessed and continually improved upon by a program of Performance Monitoring, Audit and Review.
- To identify areas for continuous HSE improvement in the Company‘s Operations.
